Our Backstory

The Torchwood Institute is a Government Agency specializing in the protection and support of the Human race. Torchwood went public in the collapse of the human race thousands of years ago after the alien enslavement. We fought for years until we were finally free, but Humanity lost all it's technology. The Torchwood Institute now serves as a protection agency to ensure the safety of Humanity and prevent another enslavement.
